Warranty Policy
Bona offers a 12-month manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase. This applies to all items purchased. An item will be replaced if it is defective upon opening and it is due to a fault of the manufacturer.
Where an item is defective, the item must be reported to Bona Family within 14 days for a valid replacement.
Please note that replacements are not offered for a pure change of mind.
